Hi All

My name is Dominique Sauvage and I am new to the chicken world. My wife and I purchased a home that has chickens and we take ownership of it mid March. I am not sure how many chickens we will have but I don’t think it is more than about 8.

I was turned onto Backyard chickens by the current owner and I promise I will have questions.

I am a lover of the out doors, gardening and grow vegetables, there is nothing more rewarding than picking your hard work and eating it.

Welcome, you are so lucky, chickens came with the house? That is awesome! You will love them. I garden with mine, they are so funny making me laugh as they help me dig, and they eat the grubs and bad bugs, very helpful gardeners.
