I just got 6 chicks on Saturday and I am considering getting two more one day this week. Will it be ok to just put the new chicks in with the others as long as they seem healthy?

My guess is that you are fine. If they were weeks apart in age then the size difference may be a problem.

Yes, they will be just fine. I think it's after they are like 4 weeks old that you shouldn't introduce new chicks into the brooder.

If these are both batches of days-old chicks purchased days apart, not a problem. I know people add much later than that. The very experienced chicken guy I bought my first ones from said that up to three weeks is fine. Enjoy your fuzzies!
