The first breed I ever had (about 50 years ago) were Brahmas, and they were decent mothers as well as gentle giants. Our Brahma hens raised a couple of broods for us.

Ok thanks do I have to put a heat lamp in where the nests is or does the mother keep them warm?

No you don't need a heat lamp. Heat lamps are responsible for a lot of coop fires. Feathers are excellent insulators and the mother will keep them warm.

You need to keep them separate from the main flock until they are much larger, then you can begin introducing them slowly and carefully to the main flock. There is a good article on how to do this at http://poultrykeeper.com/general-chickens/introducing-new-chickens.
