Is Chicken Sick or Just Molting?

Hi,

I have a 2-year-old hen with these symptoms:

• Lethargic
• Pale comb
• Drooping tail
• Weight loss ( I think, she's always been pretty skinny though)

She does not appear to be in any respiratory distress. Her crop is empty, her abdomen doesn't feel full or bloated, her vent looks fine, nice fluffy butt, no visible mites/lice, her eyes are still bright, no other identifiable injuries. She also ate the treats I offered her, just took her time more than usual. She was last wormed the first week of November and hasn't laid any eggs in over a month along with most of the flock. What are your thoughts? I know she's still molting because I could see feathers regrowing on both her shoulders and she's our only white hen so the feathers in the coop are definitely hers.

I'm thinking its just because she's molting, it happens to many chickens during they're molt.

An all flock feed cuz we have some young ones too.

I'm quite positive she's acting like this because of her molt. Keep an eye on her though.

UPDATE: She was just molting (still is) and is otherwise fine. She's just being overly dramatic, which is actually completely normal for her lol. Thanks for everyone's input and help .
