I have an araucana that laid her first egg today! Such a pretty blue color! My EE roo has been mating all the hens & pullets - including this one - often. The EE roo will be rehomed later today. I thought I might put these pullet eggs in the bator to see what I'll get from the araucana/EE cross. Is it likely the first egg will be fertilized? The roo has definitely provided lots of opportunities for fertilization.

It will most likely be fertile, but I wouldn't recommend putting the first few in the bator. Your hen is just learning, and there could be all sorts or mutations, such as a double yolk (or no yolk!). You wouldn't want to risk deformed chicks...
