I just noticed one of my silkie hens has a gray pupil in her eye. Does anyone know if she is blind in that eye or does she have cateract in her eye

Have you tested her by moving your finger towards the eye? I have had birds go blind. Generally you will see a cloudy lens or the pupil stops reacting.

    Can you post some photos?

Chickens can have Cataracts and other eye conditions.
A change in the color of the Iris of the eye from "normal" to gray can be Ocular Form of Marek's. A lot of times the Pupil will be shaped irregularly too.
