Is Isabel same as lavender buff columbian?

Hi all. I came across some Brahma hatching eggs for sale listed as "Lavender Buff Columbian" and I have raised 6 birds from them - they are approx 3 months old now. I absolutely love the colors - similar to Isabel but the gold comes through much stronger on the rooster. I am wondering if this is an actual color or is it just Isabel with a stronger gold tone? And how can I continue this color without re-breeding the offspring over and over? I have posted some pics of my chicks and a few of the parent stock which were imported from Belgium per breeder.

Isabel in brahmas is lavender gold partridge, so they are different. You can continue the coloring by breeding them to buffs and then breeding the offspring together or back to the lavender buff columbians.

Hi I know this is an older post, but do you have any updated pictures. Those look like exactly what I have been looking for.

Hi - I do - they grew up to be gorgeous - the rooster and first hen are Lavender Buff Columbian and 2nd hen is Lavender Isabel.

I have sold a few chicks from them and have more eggs in the incubator. Where are you located? I am in western NC. I might have hatching eggs for shipping available later in the year but they are new and inconsistent layers and right now I am just checking fertility.

I lived in Northeastern Ky. :) It seems like every time I see a chicken that is amazing, they are in North or South Carolina! What are you all doing to your chickens down there? Growing them in labs? I am fine with shipping eggs by the way, do they breed true to color?
(That is the best rooster I have seen in a long time. Hope you don't mind, I downloaded the photo and added it to my computers desktop background)
