Is it a good idea to cross a langshan hen with a orpington rooster?

I recently bought a beautiful black orpington roo and some lovely langshan hens, since this orpington is the only rooster I have I was thinking about hatching some langshan orpington chick's, my only concern was that I wont make any profit off of them because no one is interested in langshan × orpingtons?

It's not that I'd be worried about. If that was the only concern, I'd breed them anyways. This is more of a concern: If the Orpington too big for the Lanshan. I'd try the other way around,with Orpington hens, and Langshan rooster. If the rooster is too big for the hen, and can be a problem for the chicks in the eggs.

I'm curious if you tried these, and if so, what the eggs looked like? I found a breeder who will send pink langshan hatching eggs, but she said some of them will be from an orpington rooster. I worry that any chicks from the cross will not have the pink bloom trait present from their dam, or not as strong.
