Yes I have hatched eggs before and I have like a 99% hatch rate and a 96% ducks live to adult hood rate. I was reading just 15 min ago that some people drop the temp when it's lock down by about 1 degree. I have never done that. It's to complicated because I have to flick like 6 switches and then flick 8 more then flick them all back in precise order THEN the temperature will go down. It's kinda hard doing that when you have to remember 6 other things to do and you know how to incubate most kinds of farm fowl. Is it ok that I don't? Was I just lucky last year? Should I start doing that now?

Well..If it aint broke; Dont fix it.

I don't know where the info started that temps should be dropped at lock down. would love to chat with the person who first told someone to do this. Temps should not be dropped, but humidity should be raised at lockdown.
