Is it ok to mix breeds?

I am startling my second chicken coop and I really wanted to get some different types of chickens. My first coop has RIR's and Jersey Giants. I have two golden sex links I'm going to put in the new coop, I really wanted an Easter Egger and a Sussex? Is it ok to have only one of each barred of chicken? Thanks!!!

Yes, its fine to have more than one breed of chicken! I have two Wyandottes, a Rhode Island Red, and an Easter Egger. They get along just fine. A mixed flock is much more interesting than a single breed flock!
