Is my 17 week Old Black Cooper maran still a pullet

I have 2 Black Cooper Marans who I’m pretty sure are pullets but recently one of them have gotten a larger chinthings.but it has still got “jumped” by my big rooster so he has tried to mate with it but I’m not sure if it’s a rooster or pullet.

Definitely pullet, at this age you would definitely see male specific saddle feathers and much larger comb
