is my barred rock half bantam?

I have a young barred rock who seems to have bantam in her. She is smaller than my other barred rock hen, faster, can fly, and has tail feathers like a bantam. Here are some pictures:

She looks to me like she is just a slow developing barred rock.

She also has a way different personality than my other barred rock. She hates me.

She looks pretty normal to me. Even birds within a breed often aren't quite the same size. Barred Rock bantams are about 1/4 the size of a large fowl Barred Rock.

They both look like normal Barred Rocks to me. Size varies even within a breed. The small one may simply be developing slower, or will always be smaller.

Ok thanks! But another thing is that her back between her wings is grey with no stripes... is this normal?

Yes, that is relatively normal for hatchery-quality birds.
