Is my beautiful 8 week old chick a roo?

This is Sumi, our unique & beautiful 8 1/2 week old chick we hatched. We are not certain what breeds the parents are, although I can narrow down the dad to 3 roosters.
I am 99% sure Sumi is a roo looking at the wattles, comb, and pretty tail feathers.
What do you think? Roo or pullet?

Do you have updated pictures of him? Were you able to figure out his breed?

So much roo... I don't think I've ever seen a chick pic with such thick legs either. I've never really been able to tell by legs, but this boy is just screaming cockerel all the way.
