Is my Blue Copper Maran a hen or a rooster?

I got new chicks exactly three weeks ago; an Ameraucana, a Partridge Cochin, and a Blue Copper Maran. I have never had any of these breeds of chickens before. My Ameraucana and Partridge Cochin don't have either a comb nor wattles, but my Blue Copper Maran already has both. Is (s)he most likely a rooster, or do Blue Copper Marans just get those early on? Thanks!

It's quite likely to be a boy from what you've described, but 3 weeks is very early.
