Is my chick a frizzle?

I can't get the pic to show from my cell phone but please tell me if you think it's a frizzle or regular feathered? it's a Japanese bantam, I believe a blue mottled (definitely blue something). Thank you (=

How old is it? It is hard for me to tell because the feathers do not appear to be grown out that much.

I would have to guess no, non-frizzle. But, as stated above, it's too early to reliably tell yet. However, I am famous for speaking out of turn...

Nope, not frizzled. What kind of food does it eat? How many other chicks is it housed with? The feathers look worn and tattered and dirty. Is it sick? How old is that bird?

I don't think it's frizzled. The ones I've had in the past, the first feathers that come in look curled like eyelashes. This chick isn't much older then yours.

He is the only chick I have right now so he's alone in the trough brooder, no he's not sick either, I feed him MannePro chick starter. I have a stuffed animal in there with him that he sleeps up against & a few hours out of the day he stays in my shirt (in between my you know what's) so maybe that's why his feathers look messy.

Thanks! that chick was hatched last spring and just started to lay eggs couple weeks ago. She's a sweet hen and very tame.
