Is my chicken a rooster?

    2 months ago we bought 4 "hens" and one of them is leading me to think its a rooster. The possible rooster, named Teeter is a Delaware. Teeter is starting to make different noises than the hens make, so I'm concerned "she" is actually a cockerel. Teeter is 2 and a half months old. I'd love to here your answer, pullet or cockerel? (More pics below)

    how old is it? at this point if young i would say a cockerel but if it is 20+ weeks then pullet
