Hi everybody, I know this has been asked a zillion times before, but I'm wondering what everybody else thinks. I got this rooster at a swap a couple months ago, so he's about 6 months old now. I was told he was a Jersey Giant. Well, I never thought to check his feet until a few days ago and was saddened to see pink. I've read that even a hint of yellow means a jersey but i'm not sure if I'm seeing yellow or if my eyes are playing tricks. So, what do y'all think about my Dixon?

He is probably an Australorp since Jersey Giants have yellow skin.

X2 on Black Australorp. The bottoms of Black Jersey Giants' feet are an obvious yellow.

Such a bummer! Thank you both for replying. I really want a jersey, so it looks like Dixon will be finding a new home :p

You're welcome. I hope you find Dixon a good home. He's such a beautiful BA rooster.)
