Is my girl ok?

I have a Rhode Island red that is going on 21 weeks old. She laid one egg a week ago and nothing after that. Is this normal?? Please help me figure this out.

It's not unusual.

When they first start laying it can take some time for them to get the 'egg-factory' working properly.

She will probably start laying more regularly in the coming weeks.

My girl laid her first egg Sunday and nothing since than. It takes them some time to start reliably laying eggs. No worries she will start laying again in no time.
