Is my girl sick or injured???

Please help! I have looked all over and can't find anything that matches what I'm see. I have an Americana that's just over a year. Yesterday I noticed she looked a little twisted. Her left side seems to be higher and her tail is turning towards the other side. Her back feels hard. Kind of seems like her hip is out of place, but she doesn't seem to be in pain or distress. Her breathing is fine, she is still laying eggs, and she is still eating and drinking. We have 7 girls that all free range and have a large coop and run as well. please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thank you! I just read through those pages, much more helpful than what I was finding. We are keeping a closer eye on her and will separate if she shows any distress.
