Is my goslings neck okay?

I noticed that one of the goslings that just hatched is holding his head back like this. Is he okay? Is there anything I can do. Will it eventually straighten out? Please help.

No it's definitely not ok.
I don't really know what you can do with a situation like that?
Maybe someone in the gosling-hatch-along can help?

Maybe wry neck or a defect. I have had some ducks get this at hatch.... but with good food, Flockraiser in my area, they recovered in a week. Some people go get vitamins for birds.... It may be from hatching, being in egg too long... Most of the time it will resolve in a week......If it doesn't , ummm, it may be a severe defect .... I had a goose with several defects I helped hatch.... mistake.... if they can't make it out, maybe they shouldln't..... give it a week or so ...

I would suggest adding in extra Vitamin E to whatever vitamin mix you choose to give the gosling.
