Is My Leghorn Hen broody? Or Not

Hello,

I have this leghorn hen that is about 2 years old, and has never gone broody. She also has not laid and egg since spring. Then today she kicks one of my hens of the nest, and sits on these eggs. She even screamed bloody murder when I walked up to it. I have wanted a broody hen for so long, so I don't want to falsely think that I have a broody hen. I ended up moving her into another pen away from the other hens trying to lay eggs, and had it so if she wanted to join the flock she could. Here are some pics.

If she stays on the nest over night, she is probably broody.

AND if she gets angry and pecks you when you reach your hand in and puffs up her feathers a bit. Many times, they won't even get out of the nest when it's feeding time. There is a good chance that this one is broody.

Does she puff her feathers up as you walk by?
And scream at you when you touch her feathers?
I have 3 broody hens at the moment
One will full on attack you
The other two are silkies so they just frill up and do this little jig thing
If she is frilly and sqwaking then you have a broody hen

AAAAAAAH! She decided to get off the eggs. Maybe in the spring my Silkies will go broody. Does anybody have a broody hen for sale in central Oregon?

Leghorn hens have had every bit of hatching or setting instinct bred out of them. Perhaps a grade leghorn will set but a full blooded leghorn... the kind of leghorn that you can get papers on will not set.
