I’m so tempted to keep him, he’s gonna be beautiful, but I think I need to to find him a new home, right now he’s in the coop with the girls, how soon should I relocate him, he’s with 3 other 17 week olds and 4 one year old hens?

I just had the same thing happen! My cuckoo maran “hen” was a dude but he’s maturing handsomely and my neighbors don’t mind the crowing luckily. Keep him if you can the hens appreciate a protective figure.
