Is my quail a Gamble or a California????** new pic**

Someone who said he only has gamble quails gave me an egg last year, of course I hatched it!! But looking on the internet, he looks like a California quail! Can anyone tell me?? Thank you!
Sorry, he moves really fast!!

I can't tell you anything but that they look very similar. Maybe you could look them up on the internet to find out the differences.

Doesnt look like a Gambel to me but im no expert I'd guess California.

ETA ignore this i was thikning of Blue Scaled quail lol

It is a California or Valley Quail - note the scaling on belly and yellow patch on forehead. You can compare pics with the following:
