Hi I have a question for all you chicken loves and know it all's, I have a hamburg rooster and would like to know how old it has to be to reproduce.

4-5 months on most some take less time and some take more time.

I have a RIR roo that is 22 weeks old and already successfully mounting hens! Who'd a thunk? Good Luck!

My boys were trying to mate at 16 weeks old. I had to remove them from the run during the day for about 3 weeks until the girls matured a little more. I still keep one of the boys in the yard because mating is all he wants to do.
