Is my silkie rooster a hen?

I thought I had a rooster, but something laid two eggs and the only other chicken I have is the silkie/cochin in the background who has a much bigger comb and is younger...

Is this a hen? Is she considered pretty poor quality for a silkie?

She's just a pet so it's okay.

Pet quality for sure. I would say hen.
