Is one a hen and one a cockerel?

    They are white plymouth rocks, siblings and about 11 weeks old
    One has very white legs(, a huge comb and waddle (the one i think is a male) and the other has very yellow legs much smaller comb and waddle and the back feathers dont point up. Will they change more?

    At 11 weeks of age these are both cockerels. Single comb birds will not show any sign of red in comb this young.

    Both are cockerels. One is a White Orpington, the other (with the yellow legs) is a White Rock.
