Is one of my 1 month old Sebright chicks a rooster?

This is Pompeii and Glinda. They are both about to be 4 weeks old, and Pompeii's comb is growing fast! From what i've seen online, some hen's do grow combs, but her's is so big so soon, and Glinda has nothing. I haven't found enough evidence as to if she is a rooster or not. Hope the pictures are clear enough. TIA!

It looks as if you have a pair.
 
the one with the red comb showing is the rooster. in sebrights they have a rose (?) comb it's smaller but the roosters' comb is bigger than the hen. the hens' are almost non-existant.

Thanks all. Is there a way to tell? Pompeii had a point on the back of the comb, and little bump like spots where (I assume) spurs would later grow. The other doesn't.
