Is our Ohio weather too chilly for my Sicilian Buttercup?

    Alexandra33 Chillin' With My Peeps

I've been noticing lately as the temperatures drop and autumn sets in, 17-week-old Cookie has been staying in the coop more than usual and puffing out her feathers as if she's cold. I know that during the winter, it would be a good idea to have some Vaseline or bag balm around to rub on her comb, but is it too cold here for her? If so, other than keeping a heat lamp on, is there anything I should do for my precious little girl?
