Is pineapple ok?

I am cleaning out the fridge and have a few pineapple hunks I'd like to share with my girls. I've looked over the lists of "ok/not ok" treats but don't see pineapple listed either way. Does anybody know if it's safe to feed to chickens? Thanks in advance!

my chickens love it! Usually they will stay away from things that are not good for them.

I used a pineapple corer last week and scooped all the yummy innards out of a pineapple. I gave my girls the "shell" of the pineapple that was left over. They didn't like it and I ended up throwing it into the compost, but it's not going to hurt them.
