Is Purely Poultry a reliable hatchery?

Alright! I have found some live silkie chicks from Purely Poultry. They do not charge me shipping. And any males...i might eat. but , is this a reliable hatchery? Answer below!

Pretty sure they just buy from another hatchery and resell them like My Pet Chicken does

I don't buy silkies from hatcheries anymore. Every time I order, I get crappy quality so I just get them from local people.

Maybe try IDEAL then, but stick to the normal colors like black and white. They don't seem to have as many problems.

so I just got my chicks from purely poultry and not only was 1 doa, another was almost doa and a 3rd died not 20 minutes after getting it into the brooder, and not only that but I ordered 8 gold laced Sebright bantams and 8 silver laced Sebright bantams. the 3 that died were of the gold laced variety and the ones that were suppose to be 8 silver laced ended up being 8 silver duckwing old english game bantams (even labeled as silver duckwing OEGB) even though I didn't say I was ok with any substitutions nor was I informed of any substitutions before they shipped out the chicks. and I emailed them earlier today and have yet to hear back from them. so I will see what they say tomorrow I guess if they get back to me tomorrow that is.
