So, in the most normal way possible, I keep acquiring chickens from neighbors. The latest batch are a group of five; four different breeds. The neighbor told me "I'm pretty sure they're called bluebells." But everything I find about Bluebell Chickens makes me question that.
She's a female for sure, about 7-8 months old. The rest in her tribe are just starting to lay (literally last week), so I imagine she's close, but my rooster isn't interested in her yet.
What do you think? Bluebell? Something else? The one that looks like her is very similar but with more white on her face and neck. (Second picture from behind)
