Is she egg bound, broody, or what?

Hi, just joined up yesterday.
Got my first chickens Saturday morning.
Up to 4th egg been laid earlier today (Tuesday).
They have had 3 hrs yesterday and 3 today
Freeranging.
Couple hrs ago Lulu was making a few noises
Looking like she needed to do something.
She went back in coop and up ladder.
So thought she must be laying an egg.
Noises on and off for over 20 min.
Checked 10 min ago but nothing.
I picked her up for the 3rd time since she
came home (properly this time)
And stroked her quite a bit, which seemed
to settle her.
Put her back in coop with Tilly
And she started eating.
No noises now, but she was unsettled.
Any ideas?

They are probably still settling in. I would chalk it up to nerves.

I've had hens fake laying, making a big deal when they have done nothing. Perhaps she's trying it all out in her new home first before she gets down to business for real.

Except she has laid already. I won't worry too much.
Just wasn't sure if a broody thing or not. Thanks again for your posts.
