Is something wrong with my Buff Orpington?

I noticed one of my Buff Orpingtons (Florence) has a small bald patch on her neck. She has been spending more time away from the flock while free ranging in the yard. Her comb is also MUCH more pale than her hatch mate (Clementine) - photo comparison of the two of them attached.

They are both about 20 weeks old.

I can’t tell if Clementine is just more red because she’s getting ready to lay, or if Florence is just pale and sick?

I’m not sure if she might be being bullied by another or multiple hens?

I checked her vent and it looks clean and normal so don’t think it’s mites, but I’m also not very experienced…

She is acting normal, eating/drinking regularly otherwise.

Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks!

She looks fine, ossible just slower in developing. She could have gotten pecked by someone, looks fine. Sometimes the combs/wattles get "red" when the bird gets agitated or excited. I see the difference in the picture you provided but I wouldn't be too concerned if Florence is eating/drinking/pooping.

I have 2 EEs with the same hatch date ... One started with the red comb/wattles at 17wks but never laid her first egg until 22wks. The other I'm still waiting and she's 24wks & still pale although her vent has opened up.
