Is Sunshine a Roo? Bantam light Khaki Polish 5 or 6 mths old.

Is my little Sunshine a Roo??? I thought it was a pullet but now I think she is a he.... The top head feathers looked uniform before but now there are some thinner longer feathers shooting out and he/she keeps picking on my other Roos... It just is not acting at all like my other pullets... The last picture is of my Khaki Pullet so you can see him compared to a known pullet. Here he/she is. What do you think and why? If it is a Roo he has to go... I have to many Roos...

In the first picture, it looks like a roo to me but all the others look like it is a hen. I guess I am no help.

in polish it is sometimes hard to tell, but i am pretty sure it is a hen.
