    I can't see any significant comb or wattle development, nor saddle feathers, so I would say you do have a pullet.

    does she have some feathers on the legs? It's hard to see.....

    If she has feathered legs, she's not a Rock. next option would be a cuckoo Marans, but the pattern is more barring than cuckoo, and she has yellow skin where a Marans has white.

    I'm thinking she's a mixed breed bird. Likely part barred Rock, but not pure.
