Is the splash a rooster and what breed?

Out of my 3 birds that are just over a year old, 2 of the 3 are laying...I am beginning to think the splash is a rooster. The hackle and saddle feathers weren't obvious to me although the comb is big and bright.
As for breeds - I thought the cuckoo was a Dominique (especially because of the rose comb), but her legs are slate. I am fairly certain that the 3rd is a Black Copper Maran, but the splash is throwing me for a loop. Any thoughts?

She's a pullet. Where did you get your birds? Any chance that they are crossbreds ?

Thank you! They are from Meyer Hatchery - not familiar enough to know if they sell cross breeds. I should have mentioned that she/he is crowing. It only started recently and not very loud, so I thought perhaps she was taking on a dominant role without another rooster in the flock - as I have read that can happen. But given that one of the 3 is not laying, I began to wonder.

My Wyandotte hen use to crow a lot but never sounded right, she stopped crowing after my cockerel grow up and dominated her.
