Is the white one a Hen or Rooster?

My chickens are about 6 months old. They are not laying yet. I bought the chickens at 3 months old and thought I was purchasing hens only. The white one is now crowing every morning. I'm also wondering what breeds. I'm new to Raising chickens and this is my first post. Thank you.

And on the breed, they look like Rhode Island Red or Production Red pullets, the cockerel looks like some sort of game mix.
