Is the white one female!?

I know the brown one is, she laid yesterday. I believe the feathers of the white one suggest female? Help, lol. "She" hasn't laid yet..

Update! Maybe y'all can help again. This white one still hasn't laid yet, fine, but is now crowing like a rooster. I understand this may be common in an all hen coop. Can you take a look again and let me know male or female..? Thanks guys!
 
So it's common for a cochin to appear female even if male? Also my co worker said that are closer to 9 months, not sure if that makes a difference.
