Is the white one female!?

I know the brown one is, she laid yesterday. I believe the feathers of the white one suggest female? Help, lol. "She" hasn't laid yet..

Not sure, I can ask my coworker tomorrow but I think she said around 6 months

Update! Maybe y'all can help again. This white one still hasn't laid yet, fine, but is now crowing like a rooster. I understand this may be common in an all hen coop. Can you take a look again and let me know male or female..? Thanks guys!

If it's crowing at 6 months it's a cockerel. Cochins take a long time to mature.

So it's common for a cochin to appear female even if male? Also my co worker said that are closer to 9 months, not sure if that makes a difference.
