Is there a difference between blue rock and blue plymouth rock chicken?

Plymouth Rock or just Rock is the breed, blue is the color however, I think some hatcheries call their production blues (a sex link breed) blue rocks since most hatcheries use barred Rocks as a parent.

So a blue plymouth rock is a seperate breed, while just blue rocks could be production blues or something else? Is a true blue plymouth rock a sex link?

Blue Plymouth rocks are often called blue rocks, but the name can also be used to refer to a hybrid sex link. The purebred blue Plymouth Rock is not a sex link.
