Yes, wait a few more weeks

At this age, you get to keep waiting until you hear one quack or sound like he's got a frog in his throat.

You should be hearing really noticable sounds differences by this age for sure.
Girls have a louder- honky sort of noise along with baby peeping
Boys would still be making baby sounds only
By this age mine were already very obvious :)

ok they are making different noises now quacks and peeps lol
They will continue the baby sounds along with quacking for a few more weeks :)
Mine are 6 and 7 weeks. And the 6 week olds still making baby sounds once in a while between super loud quacks:)

Personally, I've given up. I'm a new duck mom who LOVES to research and despite everything I've read, watched, and listened to, I still have no idea. Both my Pekins are about a month - maybe 5 or 6 weeks. The bigger one - Bill - makes peeping noises but will honk once in a while. The littler one - Webster - makes mostly honking noises and some peeps. I'm guessing Bill is a boy and Webster is a girl - but honestly, they might just be different ages? Frankly, I've given up until I either see eggs or a drake feather.
