I had to sell all my ducks and guineas because they got the garden
and want to get something that i can let in the garden 24/7 without
    damaging the garden

Uhhhhh... Metal chicken figurine art? Or cast resin chickens?

Unless your garden is comprised of fully mature, tall trees, there is NO chicken breed I know that will leave your garden alone. They even work on a cactus in mine....

You need a fence to keep them out.

Lol, so true! Either a fake chicken or fence them out of the garden. No two ways about it! [IMG]

My Marans hardly touch my gardens. They may lay in the dirt but they don't throw out my mulch and they don't dig up my plants either.

Supposedly weeder geese, but I am skeptical. Maybe muscovies--they're more interested in bugs
