Can you get a better photo? I'ts really hard to see what is going on there. Hope it's nothing too serious.

Can you pick up the chick so his legs dangle? What is he doing?

He is doing the splits I think it's splay legged I tried the rubber band with the straw and the chick just fell forward on its face. I am now trying the glass! I'm worried it's a lost cause! [IMG]

I had one with slipped tendon pretty bad last fall. If it is splayed leg try using the band aids method and if chick falls over try making a little chair to sit her in. [IMG]

Vet wrap works really well to keep chick in chair. Just make sure you offer food water every couple hours.

Unfortunately the little splayed leg one passed away I'm now on day 23 and about 9 eggs are unhatched. Is it safe to say they are goners? Or should I leave them I for longer? Do you just toss them or do I figure out why? I'm not sure what to do.
