Is there something wrong?

I'm just checking on this to make sure that there's not anything wrong.

I'm not sure if this is her ear or not, but she has some yellowish whitish stuff in it. She also has it on the other side. She doesn't scratch at it, and none of the other hens peck at it. She acts like all the other hens.

You can also see it a bit in this pic. She looks really sick, but she just likes to chill and guard the coop until she goes up to roost. A minute before she was pecking and scratching around normally. Is this an issue? The only things that I have noticed that are wrong with her aside from this is that she has no tail, and has a clipped beak. She came with this ear thing going on, we ony got th

I think it's just coloring. Some of my hens have that going on.
