Is this 10 week old hen a rooster? It looks different from her sisters...

    Yep, looks like a roo. Pullets won't have a comb of that size at that age. And.....[​IMG]!

    Welcome to BYC! I, too, would guess that that bird is a cockerel. The patchy coloring and large comb for the age are the indicators that this bird is a male.
