Is this 10 week old leghorn a rooster or a hen?

My friend has a leghorn chick that she got at the same time as 3 of her other chicks they are now about 10 weeks old. I personally don't know much about the leghorn breed, so I was wondering if someone could verify if this beauty is a rooster? My guess is that it's a rooster; am I correct?

A picture would help a lot. We cannot determine if it's a roo or not without visual evidence or information about the bird.

My friend got this chicken as a chick from a local Runnings and it was suppose to be a pullet...It's much larger than the others and they were suppose to be the same age. This is the only leghorn she has the others are different breeds.

    That's a cockerel, and not a Leghorn. It's probably a Colombian Rock.

x3, definitely not a Leghorn. I agree, most likely a Columbian Rock.
