is this 100% black star breed, or mixed ?

If she came from a hatchery, she is a black star/black sex link. If she came from a breeder, she may be a black sex link or some other mix.

I can't see her comb well, but it doesn't look especially mature, ie red and plump. Is she squatting around you?

Have you tried confining her? I can see several places in those pics a bird could hide a nest of eggs.

no she is not squatting yet her comb is all black

X2 on that. Black Star is one of several labels under which some hatcheries market their Black Sex Links, which are hybrids produced by crossing a red gene rooster with a barred gene hen.
