Is this 12 week RIR a rooster or hen?

Hey guys we just got 7 RIR pullets last week! 5 are 10 weeks and 2 are 12 weeks we are unsure as to whether this little one is just a developing hen or not? We’ve never had RIR chooks before so we aren’t familiar with how a hen should look at this age they are all very friendly and sound like little chirping baby's, some have yellower feet than the others this one included does it mean they’re maturing? what do you guys think?
