I hatched a group of mostly EE eggs and I'm wondering if this is a barred rock? The chick is two weeks old and is beginning to get striped looking wing feathers. It appears to have a small dot on the back of the head.

It's not pure or it is hatchery, BR's should not have yellow legs.

On my monitor the legs look yellow, which if the chick has a single comb, would mean Barred Rock. I think the size of the headspot and the darkness of the feathers means pullet.
