Is this a black copper maran?

I bought 4 chicks that were supposed to be black copper marans. I have never had this breed before but they just don't seem right to me. Maybe their true feathers will come in. I didn't think they had any white on them. They also have feathered legs if that helps and 4 toes. They are approximately 3 weeks old. Here is one of them. Also any clue what the red spot on the side of its face is? Been there since we got it and it looks like its the feather color.

The feathered legs are right. Also, if you do a google image search for "black copper marans chicks" you will see that they do start out with some white. I can't help you with the red spot--I don't know if that's normal or not as I've only gotten marans as POL pullets.
